Well, I'm never excited to spend money on my car. But eventually, no matter how I try not to use them, the brakes have to be replaced. So I've got new front AND rear brakes. Though I'm really glad to not hear the metallic sound and grabbing feeling that was going on. Feel much, much safer to be driving all around town, much less traveling to places like OKC.
Afterall, what price can I put on my safety?
Brakes are an important thing. I remember when I thought little Jimmy needed new brakes and I put it off because I didn't really want to pay for it. I drove for a LONG time in the winter in Logan using the emergency brake because me breaks were completely useless. Turned out that all I needed was the brakes bled which only cost a few $s.
